Age-Defying Couple!

he many interesting people I meet include Palmer Swanson of Douglas, a retired Polaroid Corp. executive who at the age of eighty-three is staying in shape with his partner Barbara Plays by exercising two days a week at Bellator Fitness in Whitinsville. Ms. Plays is eighty-one. They are supervised by Personal Trainer Mary Elizabeth Suprenant, and Ms. Suprenant’s protégé Ryan Stone. I recently watched as Mr. Swanson and Ms. Plays went through their regimen, on a Tuesday morning, for an article for publication in the November 2020 issue of The Rambler.
